Special Memorial Mass, Saturday Nov 7, 2020 @ 8:30 a.m.

For everything, there is a Season: “There is an appointed time for everything, a time for every affair under the heavens.  A time to be born and a time to die... A time to weep, and a time to laugh; A time to mourn, a time to dance” (Ecclesiastes 3:1-2, 4).

Each year, Holy Mother Church designates an appropriate time to remember our loved ones, who are no longer with us. To remember these loved ones in a special way, the clergy and parishioners of Saint Polycarp Catholic Church invite those families who have experienced the loss of a loved one this past year (November 2019 - November 2020) to join us for a special tri-lingual Memorial Mass on Saturday, November 7, 2020 at 8:30 AM.   After the homily, a bell will be rung continuously as the name of your loved one is announced and a candle will be lit as a symbol of remembrance and prayers for your beloved.  You can bring a photo of your beloved to the Mass.  All photos will be displayed on the altar during Mass for the parishioners to pray with you.  You may pick up your photo right after Mass.  Our office will begin to contact you shortly.  You also can email to us at info@stpolycarp.org if you have any questions.

Father of all, we pray to you for our parishioners, and for all those whom we love but see no longer. Grant to them eternal rest. Let light perpetual shine upon them. May the souls of all the departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace.
