Here are this weekend’s announcements:
- Our Parish office has an opening for a part-time office clerk. Applicants should communicate well verbally and in writing and be bi-lingual in Spanish/English. Duties include greeting parishioners, answering phones, updating records, making appointments, offering advice and program information, maintaining the premises clean and organized, and solving various problems. Other duties as assigned. $16/hour pay rate (may work on weekends as required). Send your resume to tma@stpolycarp.org.
- Registration is now open for First Communion Classes and Confirmation Programs. We also have ongoing faith Formation for those who have already received their First Communion. If you or someone you know needs to complete 2 or more sacraments, please ask us about our OCIA program. All applications are available in the Parish office.
- Don’t forget to mark your calendars for our annual Talent Show that will be hosted on Friday, August 23rd from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. in the school courtyard. All ages are invited to perform in the show, and auditions will be held on Sunday, July 21st, and Sunday, July 28th after 11 a.m. Masses in the school area. Contact our Music Director, Kara Ford, with any questions.
- The Fiesta 2024 committee is hosting our first meeting on Thursday, July 11, 2024, at 7 p.m. in the parish hall. All food booth captains and coordinators/ministries are invited. RSVP your attendance with your contact information to Fiesta.polycarp@gmail.com. Lending your time, and your talents and helping the Fiesta this year. We still need volunteers to help with the setup and clean-up teams. See you at the meeting!
