1st Communion, Baptism, Confirmation and Marriage

We will contact you when your certificate is ready to be picked up.

Note: A non-refundable payment is required prior to processing your certificate request. We encourage you to contact the parish office to confirm we have a record on file of the sacrament certificate required as we are not able to refund payments.​
​ Certificates not picked up after 2 months will be discarded with NO refund of the fee.
