We are just two weeks away from Fiesta 2025! Please mark your calendars and save the dates—September 19, 20, and 21—to come out and enjoy this special event with your family and friends. After over six months of planning and the dedication of hundreds of volunteers, we’re excited to bring you one of the best Fiesta experiences yet! Get ready for an incredible variety of food, including:
- Freshly squeezed sugar cane juice, Fried rice, and grilled chicken combo plates, Panda waffles
- Homemade tamales, Pambazos, tacos asada, pozole, and menudo
- Sweet baked goods made by our parishioners,
- Returning from last year: our popular booth featuring marinated Korean BBQ short ribs and Hawaiian grilled chicken with garlic bread
Our entertainment lineup is also fully prepared, featuring performances throughout the weekend to keep you and your family dancing and smiling all three days. Supply donations are welcome and appreciated. Please bring any contributions to the parish office. We can’t wait to see you there—thank you for your support!
Thank you to the many families/individuals who have donated their time, money, and supplies to support our 2025 Fiesta program. We still need more supplies and donations of the following items for our 2025 Fiesta: canned soda (no glass), 8.5″ paper plates, bottled water (16.9 oz no glass), and to-go containers. Donations can be dropped off at the parish office during regular office hours.
Calling all St. Polycarp bakers, the Fiesta is fast approaching. The Sweet shop needs baked pastries such as cookies, cupcakes, bread, etc. Please donate and support our booth. Contact Connie Cortes, 714 496-9435 or Cristina Rivas, 714 603-0067. Thanks in advance for your support.
