Annual Diocesan Mission Appeal

There will be a second collection this weekend of August 15–16, 2026, for our Annual Diocesan Mission Appeal. This year, our parish will support the Vietnamese Congregation of the Servants of Loving Jesus, as designated by the Diocese.
The Congregation of the Servants of Loving Jesus was founded in 2012 in Central Vietnam by Fr. Tuan Pham, the pastor of St. Barbara’s in Santa Ana. It currently has 172 members. The congregation’s motto is “sit at the lowest place “ Lk 14,10. The mission of this religious community is to serve the poorest of the poor. All for the glory of God. This is a very young, vibrant, and fast-growing religious community.
